These Online Purchasing Provisions are part of the Phone Supplements, hereafter referred to as "Phone Supplements", Website Terms & Conditions and becomes part of the "Agreement" between User and Phone Supplements.

Purchasing

Users are able to make on-line product purchases from this website for delivery to locations in the United States of America.

If product is required to be delivered to a location outside the United States, please contact Phone Supplements for special consideration. The ability to ship product to locations outside the United States varies by manufacturer and product line, and is at the sole discretion of Phone Supplements.


Pricing

Prices displayed on the Phone Supplements website are displayed in U.S. dollars. While Phone Supplements attempts to ensure that listed website prices are accurate, errors may occur. If Phone Supplements discovers an ordered product price error, Phone Supplements will give Users the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price, or canceling the order. If Phone Supplements is unable to contact User to correct a price error, Phone Supplements will treat the order as cancelled.


Payment

Phone Supplements allows for Terms of Payment for pre-approved accounts. User must complete and submit the Phone Supplements Customer Application form to apply for and request Terms of Payment account consideration.

Phone Supplements also accepts credit card payments and accepts the following credit cards for online purchasing:
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
The provided credit card will only be charged once Phone Supplements has confirmed ordered product stock availability and product is ready to be shipped.


Sales Tax

Phone Supplements charges applicable taxes (on the cost of product), for product shipped to locations within the states of Arizona, California, and Texas. For ship to locations outside the states of Arizona, California and Texas, Phone Supplements may charge taxes as required by applicable laws. The actual sales tax will be calculated when User order is received and added to the total amount due.


Product Availability

All shipments are subject to product availability. If a product is backordered by Phone Supplements, Phone Supplements will contact User with information about the product backorder situation, and allow Users the option of accepting the delayed ship date, or canceling the order.If Phone Supplements is unable to contact User to resolve the backorder situation, Phone Supplements will treat the order as accepting the delayed ship date.


Shipping Carrier and Fees

Phone Supplements standard shipping method is FedEx Ground Delivery. Phone Supplements also offers UPS, as well as expedited shipping methods that may be selected through the website ordering process.

Alternative shipping methods may be considered, if requested by User. Requested alternative shipping methods must be reviewed and approved by Phone Supplements at Phone Supplements sole discretion. Depending upon the requirements of the requested alternative shipping method, additional handling fees may apply.

Shipping costs are at the expense of User and are added to the total invoiced amount.


Tracking

At the time of order shipment, Phone Supplements will email a receipt containing the tracking information to the email address provided by User. With this information, Users are able to track the status of the order shipment through the carrier's website.


Return Policy

If permitted by the manufacturer's return policy, product may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

A Return Merchandise Authorization, "RMA" must be obtained from Phone Supplements prior to return of any product to Phone Supplements. Please call 844-604-1213 to obtain an RMA number. The cost of original product shipment to User and cost of product shipment back to Phone Supplements is at the expense of User.

The following requirements must be met to qualify for a product return:
  1. Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is requested within 30 Days of the date of original product shipment from Phone Supplements to User.
  2. Product is received back from User undamaged and in new condition (no signs of product use exist).
  3. Product is received back from User in the original and undamaged packaging.
  4. Product is received back from User with all documentation, and all documentation is undamaged.
The product refund will be allocated once product is received by Phone Supplements and determined to have met the requirements of the program. If the original product purchase was with a Credit Card, Phone Supplements will allocate credit to the credit card used for purchase. If the original product purchase was through an account, Phone Supplements will allocate the credit to the account.

Phone Supplements reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet the above return requirements, at Phone Supplements' sole discretion.


Out of Box Product Failure Return Program

If permitted by the manufacturer's return policy, Phone Supplements offers a 30 day Out of Box Failure - Product Return Program, if the following requirements are met:
  1. Out of Box Failure is communicated to Phone Supplements within 30 Days of the date of product shipment from Phone Supplements.
  2. Product is received back from User undamaged. Product that is damaged is not considered an "Out of Box Failure".
  3. Product is returned in the original packaging with all documentation.

Phone Supplements reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet the above return requirements, at Phone Supplements Solutions, Inc.´s sole discretion.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Users who wish to cancel or modify an order need to send an email as soon as possible to sales@phonesupplements.com or contact Phone Supplements at 844-604-1213.

While Phone Supplements will make every effort to accommodate the User Change/Cancellation request, once an order has shipped, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.

Cancellation shall not relieve User's duty to pay for products shipped or expenses incurred by Phone Supplements prior to such notice. If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, User's sole remedy and Phone Supplements sole obligation will be a full refund of the purchase price paid for the product.
